Camera:
• Used to capture KYC documents, proof of delivery, user selfies for profile, and real-time vehicle/document uploads.
• Enables document scans for identity verification.
• Required for taking images as evidence of completed tasks.
• Supports real-time proof of service.

Microphone:
• Used for voice-based assistance, such as issuing commands or customer service.
• Enables quick voice note submissions for drivers and delivery staff.
• Helps in recording verbal confirmations when necessary.
• Optional and only activated with your permission.

Gallery/Storage:
• Allows users to upload saved documents, images of parcels, profile pictures, and scanned IDs.
• Accesses storage to retrieve previously used or saved media.
• Required for uploading files during profile creation or order verification.
• Does not read or alter other files outside app use.

Location (GPS):
Required for real-time tracking of delivery or transportation services.
• Used to determine the user’s and driver’s current location to assign the nearest vehicle and enable route optimization.
• Provides accurate pickup/drop-off locations by sharing both user and driver locations.
• Enables geo-fencing for service availability.

For Drivers:
Our app tracks the driver’s location during active rides to ensure accurate tracking and user visibility.
A persistent message is displayed on the driver’s home screen, and ride notifications are sent to clearly inform that location is being shared during the ride.
This allows users to track the driver in real time, ensuring transparency and trust.

Contacts (Optional):
• Helps autofill emergency contact fields.
Allows referral-based features.
• Used only with your permission and never stored permanently.
• No contact data is shared or uploaded.
